The Principality of Cogito explained

Cogito is a principality. This means that it is a community with its own culture, currency and regulations. The currency of Cogito is called the Cog which is linked in value to the Euro. (We plan to discuss this further in a future blog post.)

The Principality of Cogito uses MYDC to bridge the gap between bitcoin and traditional finance. Moving forward, Cogito is developing systems to give the ability to use the Cog as a digital currency for everyday transactions. In the initial stages, the Principality of Cogito provides a place for business and investment with the highest level of personal security.

The Principality of Cogito is a safe haven. There have been principalities and tax havens for as long as governments have been taxing their citizens. A location with a lower level of taxation is a simple strategy to help attract wealth to a specific location. An example of a principality, is the Principality of Monaco. Monaco is a tiny country on the French Riviera in Western Europe with a population of around 38,000; Monaco is an independent nation.

The purpose of developing Cogito, is that it gives people the ability to register the business and trust and to manage their tax liability in their country of origin. Within Cogito, there is a the highest level of personal security which is a benefit for a number of different people and organisations.

Right now we are in the registration phase where we are primarily focussing on the Trust and Business registrations. Once you have registered, you will have a link that you can use to refer other people and earn Cog from doing that. We would like to actively encourage you to continue to share the link, the more people we have registered before we move to the next phase, the better the experience will be for everyone!

We plan to keep posting information in a variety of different formats to help you understand the process and where we are in the development of future stages. You will be able to access up to date information on our Facebook page and through our regular newsletters.
